Stall Board with lessons: $575 month includes 2 Group lessons per week on your horse. Individual Tack locker. Every other day turnout ( Daily 7x week turnout available for additional $40). And of course, twice daily stall cleaning, twice daily feeding, and supplement feeding included (boarders to provide desired supplements). All stalls equipped with automatic fly spray system.

Paddock Board with lessons: $495 month includes 2 Group lessons per week on your horse. Individual Tack locker. Sunday turnout. Paddock horses are fed on the same program as the stalled horses.

Full Training: $800 includes all weekly rides, does not include lessons.  Twice daily hay & grain, turnout every other day, twice daily stall cleaning, fly spray system.

Rio Vista Open Boarding Stable:

Rio Vista has a separate facility on the same site that we call The Breeding Farm. The breeding farm houses our sport-horse breeding program along with boarding outside broodmares, foals, mares in foal, retirees and lay-up boarders either short term or long term. Rates are very reasonable and the same excellent care is given as is offered at the Hunter/Jumper stables.

The breeding farm is also home to our full time dressage trainer Irene Hill. Irene offers a full service dressage lesson and training program. Information on Irene Hill

• Stall Board: $450 month. Large stalls with covered runs and fly spray system. Includes turnout, cleaning, and twice daily feeding.

• Individual Paddock Board: $300 month. Extra large runs with individual covered sheds and all pipe fencing. Horse fed on same schedule as stalled horses.

• Pasture Board (in group): $250 month. Feed included.

• Pasture Board/Training for foals/young horses: $300 month. Feed included. Horses are handled, taught to lead, trailer load, go on hot walker, have their feet handled etc.

• One month deposit required for all boarding at The Breeding Farm.
