The clubhouse houses the office, English tackshop, air-conditioned customer lounge, and grooming/tack up area.

Outside grooming area

18 covered crosstie stalls have rubber mats and a separate automatic fly-spray system.

4 wash racks with hot water available for horse bathing and tack cleaning.

There is also a portable building to store tack trunks for shows, blankets, etc.
